Kayla Jackson (born Kayla Annette Jackson on March 22, 1997 from Vineland, New Jersey) plays the role of Brittany O' Brian in Standing Ovation.

Kayla has been performing since the age of 7 when she appeared in her school's talent show, singing "Reflections" from the film, "Mulan." Her stage credits include "School House Rock, Junior," "Annie, Junior" and "You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown." She also appeared in the chorus of "Camelot."

Kayla's film credits include the 2004 independent film, "Love of My Life" and her television credits include "The Simple Life," "Best Friends" and the NJ Network for Kids Concert in 2005. Since March of 2007, she has been studying under her vocal coach, Sal Dupree of the Dupree Performing Arts.

During high school, Kayla ran cross count and spring track for Joel Heider and Anna Centuolo where she was the senior captain. She graduated from Vineland High School Summa Cum Laude and was a member of the National Honor Society.

In 2015, Kayla began attending Drew University in Madison, New Jersey where she was a member of the Women's Cross Country team and graduated in 2019, majoring in neuroscience. She was also awarded the Civic Honors Scholarship, named Team MVP in 2015, participated in Drew EMS and served as a campus ambassador.
